What's in this version:
Addresses issues caused by the new default install location (external storage instead of internal one) by forcing installation to internal storage.
This fixes two problems:
Sync-Account (and all associated data) gone after reboot.
Various Error messages when trying to update via Google Play ("Could not install on USB storage or SD card")
